We have created a hive code that produces hexagons of different sizes and angles, the images created are located in different environments which all have in common the desert landscape at the future Midburn Festival 2022. The functionality of the images varies from image to image. In areas where the sun burns for more hours we have created an image that is shading and in mass areas we have created a structure that is used for rest and is a buffer between the inside and the outside. In addition, we also chose to include artistic environmental sculpture as part of the Midburn value.
Measurements
The variety of shapes we have created are built in a wide variety of scales. From the human scale (tents) to the monumental tree that shades the people.
Construction technology
Because the material of the object is made of wood, we chose to use CNC to pre-cut objects, bring them to the festival and assemble them manually.
