THE NEW PUBLIC FORUM BUILDING
The Circle Building is a public building which question the common form of public buildings and a community centers in our days.
The building is located in Sde Dov, Tel Aviv.
The specific location is next to the beach and creates a low rise typology and a pedestrian public paths.
The new building is based on a 3 dimensional
“Roman Forum” extending the public space in a vertical sense, emphasizing the courtyard motive in the new project of Sde Dov
The new FORUM is characterized by the following: it is a base for the circulation core, light and air circulation, stage for performance and gathering point which creates a net of both vertical and horizontal views.
The centered Public FORUM which connects all,
both visually and physically, is wrapped by the public.
